RAA began as a partnership of three doctors in 1966. It progressed to become a service corporation in 1968. Prior to its inception, the radiologists were employed by the hospitals.

RAA radiologists have built an excellent reputation for providing quality consultation and imaging interpretation and interventional services for referring physicians and their patients. RAA's radiology practice encompasses all areas of diagnostic specialties and our board-certified radiologists use the latest technology, along with their considerable years of experience, to provide radiological expertise.

RAA Radiation Oncologists offer the utmost in care, planning, and radiation therapy of oncology and pain management patients. for curative, neoadjuvant, or palliative treatment.

Corporate Structure

RAA is a Wisconsin service corporation organized to own, operate and maintain an establishment and otherwise serve the convenience of its shareholders in carrying on the medical radiology profession. Each of RAA's shareholders are physicians who are licensed to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin and who specialize in either Diagnostic Radiology or Radiation Oncology. The business and affairs of RAA are managed by its Board of Directors, the members of which are elected by RAA's shareholders. RAA has various officers, including, but not limited to, a President, one or more Vice Presidents, a Secretary and a Treasurer. Subject to the control of the Board of Directors and consistent with RAA's By-Laws, RAA's officers supervise and control all of RAA's business affairs. RAA also employs non-shareholder physicians who, like its shareholders, are licensed to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin and who specialize in either Radiology or Radiation Oncology.
